Shipping schedule: 

Hello! We ship Monday-Friday, except for holidays. Rush orders (2-Day Air, Next Day Air Saver) will ship out within 24 business hours. Non-rush orders (UPS Ground, Parcel Post & Priority Mail) can usually ship out within 24 hours as well, but please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship out. For transit times, please view the handy and colorful UPS map below.

If your order is placed online by 7am Central Time, it will most likely ship out the same day. If your order is placed online after 7am Central Time, it will most likely ship out the next business day. If it is after 7am Central Time and you really need your order to ship the same day, please place your order by phone to see if we can accommodate you (1-800-940-0363).

We no longer accept UPS Next-Day Air Saver and 2-Day Air orders via our web site. Next-Day and 2-Day orders must be placed by phone (1-800-940-0363) Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Central Time.

*UPS Next Day Air Super Saver is guaranteed for delivery by 3:00 p.m. the following business day.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

UPS Next Day Air Saver, 2-Day, 3-Day Select, and Ground delivery times are based on business days, not calendar days. So, don't count weekends or Holidays. For example: A Next Day package that ships on a Friday would be delivered on Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). A 2-Day Air package that ships on a Friday would be delivered on Tuesday (Wednesday if Monday is a holiday), etc.

Please refer to this map for estimating delivery time by UPS Ground. Delivery times are calculated from the date SHIPPED, not from the date the order is placed.
