Hello! We ship Monday-Friday, except for holidays. Non-rush orders (UPS Ground, Parcel Post & Priority Mail) can usually ship out within 24 hours, but please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship out. For transit times, please view the handy and colorful UPS map below.
If your order is placed online by 7am Central Time, it will most likely ship out the same day. If your order is placed online after 7am Central Time, it may ship out the next business day. If it is after 7am Central Time and you really need your order to ship the same day, please place your order by phone to see if we can accommodate you (1-800-940-0363).
We no longer accept UPS Next-Day Air Saver and 2-Day Air orders via our web site. Next-Day and 2-Day orders must be placed by phone (1-800-940-0363) Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Central Time.
Where we ship:
UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. If shipping to a P.O. Box, please choose either Parcel Post or Priority Mail during check-out. If you've request that we ship to a P.O. Box but you've chosen UPS shipping, your package will ship by Parcel Post and you will be charged the additional Parcel Post rates.
During check-out, please choose either Parcel Post or Priority Mail if shipping to a military address.
Delivery estimates are
business days, not calendar days. The UPS package delivery guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted (for example: adverse weather and acts of God).
