We accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the puzzle is unopened (in the original shrink-wrap) and undamaged (no dents or creases). In other words, it needs to arrive to us in a condition that allows us to re-sell the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for paying return postage.
If the puzzle(s) arrive to us undamaged and unopened, we will refund the price paid for the puzzle(s). We cannot issue refunds for puzzle(s) that arrive to us in an unsellable condition. Puzzles must be shipped to us in a corrugated cardboard box with padding that prevents any damage, including denting, creasing, and crushing, from occurring. We will not accept returns of puzzle(s) that are mailed in envelopes, paper bags, plastic bags, padded mailers, or are mailed "naked" without any outer packaging for the puzzle and its box. We recommend insuring the package in case the package is lost or damaged in transit.

Defective Puzzle Policy
Defects are rare, but if a puzzle is defective in any way, the manufacturer will replace your puzzle with a puzzle of the same design. Please email us at email@example.com for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer for your replacement. Do not mail the puzzle back to us. We adhere to the industry standard for puzzles, which is that the manufacturer replaces defective products. All of the brands we carry are great at replacing puzzles if need be. Some manufacturers send bagged replacements only (the puzzle pieces without the box), so please keep your original box!
