Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the puzzle is unopened (in the original shrinkwrap) and
undamaged (no dents or creases). We'll refund the price of the puzzle upon our receipt.
(We can't refund the original shipping costs and customers are responsible for paying return postage.) Please e-mail us at customerservice@puzzlesforsale.com if you need to return a puzzle.
Exchanges
An exchange is essentially a Return plus a new order. Please follow the instructions for a Return, and then place a new order for the new puzzles you are wanting.
Defective Puzzles
If a puzzle is defective
in any way, the manufacturer will replace your puzzle with a puzzle of the same design. Please refer to the following contact information:
