We ship to the United States and Canada.
Order by Phone
Call 1-800-940-0363, Monday-Friday. Our hours are 8am to 5pm Central Time.
Order on-line
using our secure server
- Place items in
shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart " links.
- Click on "View Cart" to preview order and update
quantities if needed.
- Enter the zip code and country to which you would like us to ship. If your order
is shipping to Canada, you must click "Recalculate" after choosing Canada.
- Choose your payment method from the drop-down list.
- Click on "Check Out ".
- Enter the billing, shipping, and payment information.
- Click "Confirm" to review your order.
- Click "Submit" to submit the order.
- You'll be directed to a Thank You page that displays your order number and a summary of your order.
- You'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
- If you have choosen UPS for shipping, UPS will send you a tracking number by email.
Pay by PayPal
During check-out,
you can choose to either enter your credit card information for
processing by our merchant partner or choose PayPal. When you choose
PayPal, you''ll be directed to a PayPal page.
Order by Mail - United States Only
- Place items in shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart " links.
- Click on "View Cart" to preview order and update quantities if needed.
- Enter the zip code to which you would like us to ship.
- For payment method, choose "Payment by Mail" from the drop-down list.
- Click on "Check Out ".
- Enter the billing, shipping, and payment information.
- Print the page by choosing "File" then "Print" in your browser
window
