Are you a manufacturer?
No, we're a retail store that buys puzzles from puzzle manufacturers and we make them available to you through our web site. We're just like a gift store, except the only gifts we sell are puzzles.
Are your puzzles new or used?
All of our puzzles are new (unused) and factory sealed in shrink-wrap. We buy them directly from the manufacturer.
How often are new puzzles released?
Generally speaking, the new puzzle designs come out in January and we try to have them on our site by late January/early February. Springbok and SunsOut also release new puzzles in the late summer and include new holiday designs.
Do you have older Springbok puzzles from when Springbok was owned by Hallmark ?
No, we sure don't. We only have Springok puzzles that were released since 2003, after Hallmark sold the company. For puzzles prior to 2003, we suggest looking on eBay. If a puzzle isn't on our web site, that means we don't have it.
Do you gift wrap?
In order to ship all packages out as quickly as possible, we don't currently offer gift-wrapping. We do, however, package each shipment with care.

I just placed an order on-line. How do I know it went through?
Two things should happen once an order goes through successfully. 1) You should be re-directed to a "Thank You" page on our web site. This page will also display your order number. 2) You should receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Sometimes your e-mail service might screen out our confirmation as "spam" or send it to a bulk-mail file.
If you don't receive a confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@puzzlesforsale.com and we'll look into it. Please include your full name in the e-mail!
If my puzzle is missing a piece, can I get a new puzzle piece to replace it?
If your puzzle is missing a piece due to a manufacturing error, the manufacturer will replace the puzzle with a puzzle of the same design. Please refer to the following contact information:
