How to Order

We ship to the United States and Canada.
Order Online by Credit Card:
(Note: We do not store any credit card data on our servers. All online payments are safely processed directly on our payment processor's web site.)
- Place items in shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart " links.
- Click on "View Cart" to preview order and update quantities if needed.

Enter the zip code/postal code to which you would like us to ship.

Choose your shipping method.

Click on "Check Out ".

Choose "Credit Card" as your payment method and click "Continue".
- Enter the billing and shipping information.
- Click "Review Order" to review your order.
- Click "Submit" to go to the payment processing page.
- Enter your credit card information and click "Submit".
- You'll be directed to a page that displays your order number and a summary of your order. You may print the confirmation and you'll also receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have chosen UPS for shipping, UPS will send you a tracking number by email.

Order by Mail - United States Only

12. We'll ship your package after payment is received. ORDERS PAID BY CHECK WILL BE HELD FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS UNTIL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.
Order by Fax
Follow steps 1-10 for Ordering by Mail, then print a copy of your Invoice. Write your credit card number. expiration date and CVV2 code on your order. (The CVV2 code is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card. For American Express, it is the 4-digit code on the front.) Fax your Invoice to: 913.362.7401
