We ship to the United States and Canada.
Order by Phone
Call 1-800-940-0363, Monday-Friday. Our hours are 8am to 5pm Central Time.
Order on-line by Credit Card using our secure server
- Place items in shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart " links.
- Click on "View Cart" to preview order and update quantities if needed.

Enter the zip code/postal code to which you would like us to ship.

Choose your shipping method.

Click on "Check Out ".

Choose your "Credit Card" as your payment method and click "Continue".
- Enter the billing, shipping, and payment information.
- Click "Review Order" to review your order.
- Click "Submit" to submit your order.
- You'll be directed to a page that displays your order number and a summary of your order. You may print the confirmation and you'll also receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have choosen UPS for shipping, UPS will send you a tracking number by email.
Order by Mail - United States Only
- Place items in shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart " links.
- Click on "View Cart" to preview order and update quantities if needed.

Choose "Payment by Mail" as your payment method and click "Continue".
- Enter the billing and shipping information.
- Click "Review Order" to review your order.

You'll be directed to a page that displays your order invoice number and a summary of your order. You'l also receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Print a copy of your Invoice and mail it along with your check, money order, or credit card number and expiration date to:

12. We'll ship your package after payment is received. ORDERS PAID BY CHECK WILL BE HELD FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS UNTIL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.
