Are you a manufacturer?
No, we're a retail store that buys puzzles from puzzle manufacturers and we make them available to you through our web site. We're just like a gift store, except the only gifts we sell are puzzles.
Are your puzzles new or used?
All of our puzzles are new (unused). We buy them directly from the manufacturer.
How often are new puzzles released?
Generally speaking, the new puzzle designs come out in January and we try to have them on our site by late January/early February. Some manufacturers also release a few new puzzles in August.
How long do items stay in my shopping cart?
Items you place in your shopping cart will stay there for up to 3 weeks. However, the inventory is not reserved until an order is placed. If an item in your cart becomes out-of-stock before you complete your order, it will auto-delete from your cart.
Is everything on your web site in stock?
We work very hard to synch our actual inventory quantities to our web site and we have a very low back-order rate. When the quantity in stock reaches zero, it will not display on our site. So if you see it, we most likely have it! If you do order something that we have just run out of, we'll contact you to see if you want to substitute another puzzle, cancel the item, or keep it on back-order.
I accidentally unsubscribed from your email list. How do I get back on your list?

Do you gift wrap?
In order to ship all packages out as quickly as possible, we don't currently offer gift-wrapping. We do, however, package each shipment with care.
What do the puzzle pieces look like?
We have pictures of the puzzle pieces for most of the brands we carry. To view them, click on the thumbnail image of the puzzle. This will take you to the Product Page for that puzzle. Underneath the puzzle image, click on the link that says "View Sample of Puzzle Pieces".
I just placed an order on-line. How do I know it went through?
Two things should happen once an order goes through successfully. 1) You should be re-directed to a page on our web site that displays your order confirmation number and a summary of your order. 2) You should receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Sometimes your e-mail service might screen-out our confirmation as "spam" or send it to a bulk-mail file.
If you don't receive a confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into it. Please include your full name in the e-mail!
If my puzzle is missing a piece, can I get a new puzzle piece to replace it?
If your puzzle is missing a piece due to a manufacturing error, the manufacturer will replace the puzzle with a puzzle of the same design. Replacements are shipped by the manufacturer, which is the industry standard. Please email email@example.com for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer in case you need to request a replacement.
Can you make a custom puzzle from a photo?
No, we don't manufacture any puzzles. You can search the Internet under "Customized Puzzles" or "Personalized Puzzles" to find places that offer that service.
Do you print prices on your packing lists?
No. Many of our customers send the puzzles as gifts, so our packing lists do not display the price. Your email order confirmation will contain the prices of each item and the total.
You must have lots of customers. Am I your favorite?
Yes, you are! (But don't tell the others.)
